Circa 1927 * High
Springs

The setting holds a New Orleans-
like mystique, ideal for feasting
on a choice of 4 entrees that change
every night. The sought-after prime
rib dinner, however, is always
available. Carolee's Classic
Concerto Salad (above right)
is also a locals favorite.

Be
sure and say hello
to owner/founder Wendy
Lipani (above with her
husband, Todd) when visiting
Trombone Charley's.

Restaurant & Cabaret
Art
and music were clearly an
inspiration for this delightful
establishment in the placid town
of
High Springs. The
creative
cuisine
is outstanding, as is the
live jazz and blues performed
each evening.

The corner
stage faces
the dining area, an effusive
sea of color shades, paintings
of windows, scribblings of sheet
music and artsy renderings of
musical instruments. Local bands
and soloists
perform blues and
jazz nightly. AlleyCats, the house
band, plays every Saturday night.

Savor a wide selection of wine
and beer
(some draft) with
your meal. Tasty lunchtime
offerings include soups,
salads and
sandwiches.
